M2G Workshops · Mechanics, body and paint shops
You define the process. The car follows it and the owner knows.
No two workshops work the same way, so the process isn't predefined. You write your stages (Intake, Diagnosis, Parts, Repair, Handover) and mark which ones notify the customer.
The problem
The car comes in and its story ends up scattered across the intake notebook, the photos on somebody's phone and the owner's messages asking when it will be ready.
M2G Workshops brings it all together in one system, with the modules your workshop uses.
What comes with M2G Workshops
M2G Workshops starts with these. If you need another one, we add it; if you don't need one, we take it out.
Jobs
The process you define, step by step, with a report for the client at the stages you mark.
Clients
Each client's record: their details, documents, invoices and history.
Quotes
Quotes with lines from your catalogue and their own number, which the client accepts from a link.
Inventory
Stock, goods in and goods out; every movement is recorded and can't be rewritten.
Invoicing
Numbered invoices, as PDFs, kept in the client's record.
Templates
Your usual documents, filled in with the client's details and ready to send.
Documents
Files organized in folders: whatever you upload is read, sorted and filed in its client's record.
WhatsAppComing soon
The channel your clients already use to reach you, with your business account. Optional.
From start to finish
The car comes in
With its photos and a description of how it arrived, under its owner's name.
It moves through your stages
The ones you defined. Every step is recorded in the job's history, with its date.
You update the owner
At the stages you marked, you generate the PDF report and email it from the job.
It's handed over
The job closes at its last step. Meanwhile, the owner can see through a link which stage it's at and the photos you choose to share.
What's more
Changing the process doesn't affect the cars already in the shop: each job keeps the version of the stages it came in with. Updates go by email; WhatsApp is separate and optional.
